Payment Information
Important: As of December 23rd, 2009, we can no longer accept credit
cards due to the very large fees being charged by the processors. We
will be happy to invoice you or accept pre-payment for any orders.
We are also looking into possibly using PayPal. B. W. Darrah, Inc. will never charge your credit card or invoice you
until your order ships. Our policy is to only ship complete orders
and to invoice/charge you at that time. If you request a partial
shipment, you will only be charged for the items that are shipped;
however, you should be aware that shipping charges are usually higher when
more than one shipment is made.
| When you are finished adding items to the Shopping
Cart, you will need to "Check Out" to complete your
order. If you are already in the Shopping Cart, just select
"Check Out Now" to begin the process. If you are not
viewing your Shopping Cart, click on the "View Shopping
Cart" button in the upper left corner of any of the product
shopping pages to view your cart and then click on "Check Out
Now". |

As you Check Out, you will be able to select how you would like your
order shipped and how you want to pay for your order. (For
information on Shipping, see the Shipping
Information page.) You will also be asked if you will be
shipping the item to Illinois, USA. If you are, we will need to
include Illinois Sales Tax.
The options for payment are:
Order by Credit Card OnlineOrder by Credit Card using FAX- Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail
Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail- Order by PO Number Online
We cannot ship to an address that is not identical to your credit card billing
address. To protect against fraudulent use of your credit card, we
check that the credit card address matches the address you provide.
If it does not match, we will contact you. We accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. If your credit card is issued outside the
United States, please be sure to provide us with a valid email address
since we will need to contact you to verify your card. PLEASE NOTE: Due
to recent problems with credit card fraud, we cannot accept credit cards
for orders over $500. If you would like to place an order of this
size, please contact us at (800) 522-5985.
Options 2, 3, and 4 provide a method for ordering, if you do not want
to provide credit card information on-line. The Shopping Cart will
provide a screen that you can print with all your order information that
you can then fax or mail with your payment. If you pay by check, please
allow approximately 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds
before the order is processed.
If you are an existing customer that usually orders using a Purchase
Order, you can still order on line. Please select option 5. If
you are a new customer who would like to order via PO, please call us at
(800) 522-5985 for more information.
When you submit your order, you will first receive an automated message
via email to let you know it arrived. If there are no problems, you
will receive an email when your order ships to let you know when it
shipped and the tracking information, if available. Should something
be out of stock, the shipping costs vary significantly from the Shopping
Cart estimate, or there is trouble verifying your credit card, we will
contact you before shipping your order.
